This image started as a test for my new Wacom Cintiq 21, which is a wonderful piece of hardware btw. Built in Photoshop from start to finish in about two days - every now and then when there was time. It's not perfect but I like his look and the idea that even fish should have a party Hope you guys like it and as always - critics are very welcome!
